ChangingStreets.com® was founded and created in Flint, Michigan by myself, Scott Hoyt, and Adam Abt. We believed a new, aggressive business could evolve and grow in the city Money magazine called the 275th (out of 300) best place to start a new business(not a great ranking!).

We are very proud to have grown faster than any other real estate company in Genesee County, Michigan. And now we are expanding outside the area, we currently have operations in Raleigh and Cary, North Carolina, Metro Detroit, Kalamazoo and many new markets planned. We as owners handle operations, and work with outstanding partners on designing, hosting, maintaining and improving the ChangingStreets.com  web presence. We are also active in the sales process, in that it enables us to constantly develop training and understand the needs of consumers and Realtors®.

Our Realtors® are the top producers in the area, MLS statistics prove our agents sell more on average than the agents at any other company. The key to their success, courtesy, knowledge, consistency, confidentiality and market savvy. We call this StreetSmarts.
